Event Coordinator

Ensure that all activities and functions booked meet the requirements of the Lodge and the BOD.

· Ensure that all functions and activities requiring reservations have all required fees collected.

· Work closely with all committees on scheduled events held in the Lodge.

· Carry out all BOD mandated directives.

· Attend the Board of Director meetings.

· Schedule event room rentals.

· Set up and tear down after booked events. Work all staff equally and use volunteers when needed.

· create promotional brochure and update as needed. Promote lodge venue to lodge members and the general public by way of advertising and attending events such as Gresham chamber meetings, Saturday market, etc

· Keep the event schedule notebook up to date. Coordinate events with the Entertainment Chairperson and Gazette calendar.
