Event Coordinator
Ensure that all activities and functions booked meet the requirements of the Lodge and the BOD. · Ensure that all functions and activities requiring reservations have all required fees collected. · Work closely with all committees on scheduled events held in the Lodge. · Carry out all BOD mandated directives. · Attend the Board of Director meetings. · Schedule event room rentals. · Set up and tear down after booked events.
