Kerr Properties, Inc.

In 1992 Sean became a full time employee for Kerr Properties, Inc. He took care of all field work including showing vacant units, and completing property condition reports. In the mid 1990's he was the representative for Kerr Properties, Inc. for all court activity for eviction proceedings. In 1998 Sean began to learn the inner workings of the business. In 2004 Sean became an active member of the local NARPM chapter and in 2007 began working at the National level; at that time he also began running Kerr Properties, Inc. Around April of 2008 Sean officially took the reigns as the head of Kerr Properties, Inc. and joined the local NARPM board as the President Elect; in 2009 he was the head chair for the NARPM NW Regional conference. In 2008 Sean obtained NARPM’s RMP designation within the State of Oregon and in 2011 was the 2nd recipient in the State of Oregon for NARPM’s prestigious MPM designation. In 2012 Sean officially purchased Kerr Properties, Inc.
