Gresham UMC: Executive Office Assistant

Role Description
This is a 20 hr/wk, on-site role for an Executive Office Assistant to support the senior pastor. The Executive Office Assistant distributes a variety of print and digital communications, professionally coordinates phone and email messages, maintains calendars, receives building-use requests, ensures office equipment is maintained, supplies are stocked, and miscellaneous other duties.
Qualifications
- Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Proficiency with Office Equipment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
- An understanding of church organizational and administrative dynamics is preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
