What You’ll Do:

• Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer concerns with care and efficiency
• Assist with product inquiries and order management
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth customer experience

• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team
• Tech-savvy with familiarity using (Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Illustrator) preferred
