Colin Hoobler
Colin is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and has been a clinician since 2001.  He has created and hosted a national PBS documentary called "The Fitness Show" on how exercise can be used as a medicinal tool across the healthcare spectrum.  He has also written two books and continues to write a health column for the Oregonian, which he has done since 2010.  Colin is the host of the Action 30 podcast as well as "Choose Your Age" podcast, the latter being part of his non-profit "Coalition for Active Resident Engagement" (CARE) that helps senior living communities implement evidence-based wellness plans for residents.  He is also the Inventor, Founder and CEO of S3 Balance, LLC, a device + program for seniors to independently reduce falls and boost wellness.
 
Liz Graves
Liz has a passion for helping others, she wanted a career where she could do just that initially her career began in human resources and naturally morphed into Senior Living after realizing the need in finding somewhere for her own mother. Since then, her knowledge and experience has become vast in assisting families with finding the best senior living and care resources for themselves or a loved one. Liz believes in aiding her local community any way she can. As a former board member /commissioner for Elders in Action, president of her Troutdale Homeowners’ Association, Neighborhood Watch Captain, Troutdale Precinct Committee member, and active City Council attendee she continues to lend a hand wherever she is able. Liz continues to support former clients and industry professionals independently in finding support resources and Senior Living options.  
 
Cindie-Lou Scholer
Cindie Lou was raised in Juneau Alaska and studied Psychology and Business at the University of Oregon. She began her career in healthcare/ hospital systems then felt a calling for the senior living industry in 2012. She has been in love with the industry ever since. She co-founded and later was nominated President of Specifically Seniors, one of the first Elder Abuse and Awareness non-profit coalitions in the industry.  During her career path Cindie-Lou has specialized in opening new communities in California, Oregon, Washington, New Mexico, and Colorado. She continues to be dedicated to bringing optimal levels of efficiency, compassion, and care to senior living communities she works with and is thrilled to do the same at Arcadia Senior Living.
