Kareen was Made in the Philippines; born and raised, and came to the US with her parents in 2000 when she was 21.  It was a very lonely beginning; no friends, no life & a couple of American nightmares.  Her corporate background is finance and insurance, and thought leadership background comes from LIFE itself.
She started her mid-life crisis early at 33.  She felt like a success yet was empty, so after 6 months of searching for meaning, she gave up and ended up backpacking Southeast Asia for an entire month and the rest was history.  At the time, she thought she was searching for meaning, but now that she’s wiser, she realized she was merely searching for herself. 
Kareen’s Vision is ‘To Mother The World’ and her favorite quote is, “If you want to change the world become a better version of yourself; if we did all that, we wouldn’t need to change the world.” by Kareen Mills.
