Please join us for music\, reading of names\, lighting of candles and a memorial video. Whether or not Mt. Hood Hospice helped care for your loved one and regardless of how long ago your loss was\, we would be honored to share this time with you.\n\n\n\nIf you would like a photo of someone you miss included in our memorial video\, please submit it by Monday\, November 21st\, either:\n\n- by mail to Mt.
